We are so excited about our New Year retreat, and now there is only 1 place left! Join us on the 27th January in Glastonbury for a nourishing journey, saying goodbye to any bad habits from 2016 and welcome your dreams for 2017. Our personal in house chef has created a delicious vegetarian menu to nourish and detoxify your body, which complements the physical and spiritual practice of the weekend.

You will also have the choice of Reiki, Yoga therapy or coaching included in the package, full details are on the link below. Get in touch if you would like to join us ;)

Here is an idea of the schedule:
We’ve planned a busy and, we anticipate, transformative weekend of yoga, meditation, exploration and discussion that will also be a lot of fun. Before you arrive, we’d like you to consider the following short questions:
1. What one thing do you want to stop doing?
2. What one thing that you don’t currently do, do
you wish you could?
3. What are some of the things that stop you
from doing it?
4. If you were to look ahead to Christmas 2017,
what would be different about your life?

Please note, you will not be asked to share these reflections with the group but you are welcome to share whatever you feel comfortable with during the discussion sessions or in your 1:1 sessions with Victoria or Christina. All information provided will be treated confidentially..

What’s included in the weekend?
- two nights accommodation (based on two people sharing)
- two yoga nidra sessions
- three meditations
- four yoga classes
- all food, which will be delicious vegetarian home cooking by our excellent chef-in- residence
- your pick of either a 1:1 therapeutic yoga session, a Reiki treatment or a 1:1 coaching session, depending on availability. More details about the coach and Reiki practitioner can be found below along with available time slots.

You will need to arrange transport to Lower Coxbridge in Glastonbury , To book the retreat, a deposit of £125 is required. The total price is £275.

What is Reiki?
Reiki as defined by the Oxford English dictionary is “a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being”.
It has also been widely accepted that Reiki can be received equally effectively hands-off creating greater opportunities to work either at a distance or with those for whom touch is challenging.
The Japanese word ‘Reiki’ literally translates as universal life force energy. This system of healing was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It is a non-invasive complementary therapy that has been taught and used in the UK since the late 1900s, but Eastern medicine has for thousands of years worked with this energy, recognising its flow through all living things.
Reiki is given fully clothed in a quiet environment and is safe for adults, children, mothers–to–be, babies and animals.

Christina, Converge Coaching & Development

Christina is a transformational coach with a background in the City, developing people and supporting them through change. Focusing on transitions, beginnings and endings, she works closely with individuals and teams to navigate these often complex periods in people’s personal and professional lives and bring about successful behavioural and cultural change. With training in a broad range of coaching methodologies, Gestalt and OD, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), as well as a specific interest in somatic coaching principles, the coaching process is not about telling someone what to do or how to change, but exploring their story, and excavating their language to challenge any underlying or limiting assumptions, perceptions, beliefs and behaviours. In addition, Christina is a qualified yoga teacher (RT200), who has also studied therapeutic and embodied relational yoga practices with Kate Ellis, Doug Keller, Matthew Sanford, and anatomy and physiology with Gary Carter amongst other trainings. She uses these interests to create a genuinely bespoke approach that integrates the mind and body to work with any issue you bring to coaching. Christina offers a frank, collaborative, challenging, non-judgemental and supportive environment in which to explore issues, move past blocks, and re-pattern habitual behaviours to enable individuals to be their most effective selves and achieve whatever success means to them.
